Almost 15 years ago I dropped by an Autozone with my only old car. I had an oil issue, tire issues, etc...... Autozone did as much as they could to direct me and then one person said that I should go around the corner and get my car looked at "LRE Automotive" I said, "L - What.....?" I got the address and when I found this place I can't tell you how much they have been a part of my inner circle and family. You see when I walked in I explained to them the problem I had with my car when I got a recommendation to come to LRE. In short, I can say to all (anyone interested) that as an African American Woman, I cannot say enough about the trust, integrity, and great service I received from this company's men. I recently had them change my oil and asked them (Greg & Terry) if they remembered when I first entered their shop (February 2012.... ). Greg laughed and said - yes. I do! I reminded him that when I first came in I told them that I went miles to (St. Peters - over 30 miles out from Edwardsville, IL.). I'll say this- that I have driven my car literally across the Country and back, but before leaving to Massachusetts, guess who I know was going to take care of my car - as if it were family. I tell them often that they are family and I remind them why. I do remember one of them asking me why did I go so far out to get my car worked on....? I'll never forget that I told them that I cannot just go anywhere and get my car fixed by anyone and that with all of the shops that are around town and in the Metropolitan area, you can't just trust anyone with the only transportation that you have....So, just to add, I have to say that when you are getting service ANYWHERE, the most important piece that counts and it ranks right up there with competency is the Hospitality - Thanks Guys & Debbie!
